What this site collects
Right now, nothing. There are no accounts, no forms and no tracking or advertising cookies on this site. If you email us, we hold that message so we can reply to it.
When booking opens
Online booking will require a parent or guardian account. At that point we will collect the parent’s name and email, and for each player their name, date of birth or age group, and any medical information you choose to share so the coach can keep them safe. Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor — card details are entered on their systems and are never stored by us.
Children
Accounts are held by a parent or guardian, not by players. Players under 18 do not create their own accounts. A parent or guardian can ask to see, correct or delete their family’s information at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the services needed to run the club — hosting and, once booking opens, the payment processor — or where the law requires it.
